Within the Email section's Dashboard page, the left side displays the Consolidated stats for Emails triggered in the system over 7-day periods. Users have the option to choose a date range limited to the past 7 days, allowing them to access statistics for all emails triggered within that specific week.
Note: The information presented here has no impact on or alteration to the consolidated statistics displayed on the right-hand side of the Dashboard section, which covers a one-year timeframe.
The Best Insights section features two primary categories at the top: Published and Testing. Each of these categories presents Email statistics corresponding to the selected filtered range.
1. Published: This category encompasses Emails that have been published in the system.
2. Testing: In this section, you'll find Emails triggered through Testing APIs.
Adjacent to the Published/Testing section, there is a dropdown menu that allows you to choose and examine a specific team's Email templates by selecting that team from the dropdown options.
Emails are represented in a funnel-shaped structure with categories including Sent, Delivered, Clicks, and Opens.
Sent: Represents the total number of emails sent during the selected time range.
Delivered: Indicates the number of emails successfully delivered after triggering.
Opens: Represents the count of delivered emails that have been opened.
Clicks: Signifies the number of clicks on emails after they have been delivered.
