Setting a Threshold Limit for Usage Alerts

To help users track their usage limits, Perfect Doc Studio provides the option to set a threshold limit for receiving alert notifications. This feature ensures that users stay informed about their system usage and can take necessary actions before reaching their limits.

How It Works:

• Users can define a threshold percentage for their usage limits.
• When the specified threshold is reached, an alert notification is sent to the designated recipients.
• The alert applies to various usage aspects, including documents, emails, teams, and other services within the system.
  

Example Scenario:

If a threshold limit is set at 90%, the recipients added will receive an email alert notifying them that the specified usage category has reached 90% of its limit. 

Steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Configurations page from the main menu.

2. Go to Alert and Notifications section. 

3. In the Add Email Address block, enter recipient email address and click Enter.

4. Add multiple recipients if required. 

5. Set the desired Threshold Percentage in the Threshold Option. 

6. Now recipients will receive email notifications when usage reaches the set threshold.
