How to Generate Your Document Template in Multiple Languages

PerfectDocStudio makes it easy to translate and generate your Document Templates in multiple languages with just a click. Follow these simple steps:

1. Once your document template design is finalized, navigate to the left-hand side menu and Click on the Channels option from the menu.

2. This will open a section on the left-hand side, where the system automatically detects the template’s current language and displays it. 

3. Click on the "More Languages" option to view the list of available languages for your template.

4. Select the desired language from the list. The system will generate a separate document in the chosen language while maintaining the same document name.

5. After the translation is complete, click on the generated language button to view the translated version of the document.

Note: Please note that the generated document will be directly linked to the original template and stored within the same channel, ensuring easy access and retrieval of templates for future use.
