How to Enable Languages for Template Translation in the System
Perfect Doc Studio supports up to five languages at a time for generating documents and emails, with availability depending on your subscription plan. To enable this feature, you must add the required languages to the system. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Manage Language section on the Admin Configurations page.
2. By default, English is set as the primary language.
3. To add additional languages, Click on the "Please Select Language" dialog box to view the list of available languages.
4. Select your desired languages from the dropdown list. As noted, the number of languages you can access
(up to a maximum of 5) depends on your chosen subscription plan.
5. Click ADD to include the selected languages in the system.
To delete a language:
Click the X button next to the selected language and confirm deletion by clicking Delete.
Warning: Removing a language from the system will permanently delete all templates created in that language, regardless of the team they belong to.
