The system features entities that house variables, defining all relevant data variables for your business. This ensures the consistency of variable naming across documents and enables their easy integration into the document.
ADDING A NEW VARIABLE :
To create a new variable, navigate to the "Manage Data Variables" option in the menu. From there, you can choose to create a new entity by clicking on the "Add Entity" button at the top right corner of the page before adding a variable. If you want to add a variable under an existing entity, simply click on the entity name and then click the "Add Variable" button. Once created, the new variable will be available in the document for embedding.
How to Add a Data Variable to Your Design:
1. To add a data variable, type "$" in the desired location within your design.
2. A list of available data variables will automatically appear.
3. Select the desired variable from the list, and it will be embedded in your template.
